How to invite your team and assign roles

Clear roles prevent confusion during live sessions.

Typical roles • Owner: billing, plan changes, inviting people, organization settings • Host: opens rooms, runs sessions, attaches agents when needed • Member: helps prepare content or observes without hosting

How to invite • Open your organization studio • Go to members / team settings • Send invites to work emails only • Tell each person their role in one short sentence

Before go-live • Confirm at least one backup host • Make sure billing access stays with owners, not every host • Remove test accounts after onboarding
