How to create your organization workspace

Your organization workspace is the home for rooms, agents, knowledge, and billing.

Steps • Go to Login and sign in with your work email • After sign-in, open the organization studio (Dashboard) • Confirm the organization name matches how people know your institution • Invite at least one host before your first live session

Good naming habits • Prefer the public institution name over internal project codes • Keep it short enough to read on mobile • Avoid temporary names you will regret in invoices later
