By creating an account or joining a room on ZoxAgent, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
Organization owners are responsible for members’ actions inside their tenant.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use ZoxAgent to harass, infringe IP, distribute malware, or violate applicable law.
We may suspend tenants that abuse rooms, recordings, or APIs.
3. Content and recordings
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service.
Hosts must obtain any required consent before recording participants.
4. Billing
Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled according to the billing provider’s flow.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
