How participants join a session

Joining should feel obvious — especially for first-time learners.

How to share access • Copy the room join link from the studio • Send it with the session time and timezone • Tell people whether they need a code or only the link • Prefer one channel (email or WhatsApp), not five

Participant checklist • Open the link a few minutes early • Allow camera/mic only if the host asks • Use a stable connection when possible

If someone cannot join • Confirm they opened the latest link • Check the room is still open / live • Have a host ready in a backup chat for the first five minutes
