Before you go live • Name the room for the audience, not for internal codes • Decide who hosts, who assists, and who only observes • Test the join link on a second device • Confirm guided agents — if used — answer from your materials

During the session • Keep the opening under two minutes • State the purpose once • Let people settle before dense content • Use the agent for recurring questions, not for private grades
