How to install and rewrite the Education Pack

The Education Pack gives you a starting voice for three common conversations.

Install • Open Packs in the public catalog or Dashboard → Packs • Choose Education Pack and activate it in your organization • Wait for agents and sample knowledge to appear

Rewrite before go-live • Replace institution name, city, and contact channels • Update fees, dates, and document requirements • Review each agent prompt for tone and boundaries • Test one question per agent
