How to create a guided agent

A guided agent is useful when the same questions repeat.

Steps • Open Dashboard → Agents • Create a new agent with a short, human name • Write a system prompt that states role, tone, and limits • Attach knowledge documents before going live • Test with three real questions from your audience

Prompt essentials • Who the agent is (admissions, student help, parent liaison…) • What it may answer from knowledge • What it must refuse (private grades, medical/legal advice, invented fees) • Preferred language and reply length

After create Attach the agent to a room or keep it for chat/support channels your plan allows.
